Piggott's Pharmacy Huntlee

Awesome customer service. Home delivery free of charge whilst I’m stuck at home sick. Can’t remember the name of the girl who served me over the phone and made the delivery but she was lovely!

This pharmacy has become our goto, whilst not an overly large chemist, the location is handy, always clean and they supply all the basics you might require without overly long wait times on scripts everytime we've been. The staff are super friendly and the immunisation service is top notch. Ben is friendly, thorough and addresses any concerns whilst also being able to comfortably handle the kids getting their needles.

Visited on Saturday 22 January for our Pfizer booster shot with my husband. Whole procedure from booking on line and subsequent communications were spot on and professional. We could choose which vaxx we wanted and there were plenty of dates and time slots to choose from every day. We could register our details before arrival through a link sent to us on our phones to save time once there. Ben took us into a private room, explained everything fully and answered all questions. Not rushed at all. His certification was on display. Better still hardly felt the needle at all. This is our local pharmacy and have always found them friendly, professional and prompt with filling scripts as well as information on any new drug or experience with it. Same with over the counter products. They have a great selection of gifts etc. Modern, clean and well laid out floor plan. Offer many services for those with chronic illnesses, wellness goals and have beauty treatment rooms.

I couldn’t praise Kurt and his team enough! Always going above and beyond for the customer and the service is something I have never seen before. This is the pharmacy you attend if you need anything from scripts, to vitamins, beauty or even any NDIS needs! Kurt and the team always make time for a chat and are happy to pass on their advice!

I can’t recommend Piggot’s pharmacy at Huntlee enough, Kurt and his team provide amazing customer service with a feel of genuine care.
