I would definitely go back to Bickell & Mackenzie. I needed solicitors advice for going guarantor for a loan, Gordon left no stone unturned when going through the documentation for guarantors advise. He me made sure I knew my obligations and responsibilities before signing on the dotted line. Extremely thorough. Very happy.

I rang gave details of what was needed. I was told Cathy vo was good and understood deceased estate totally. I send emails of what was happening. They said she charged to ask questions to see if they can handle the matter. So I gave details and if can't do it then don't worry. I was rung and I did say not to worry several times as she didn't seem to be interested. She said she could handle it. She sent an email to the other solicitor who told her that she would not be paid from the estate asexecutors and beneficiaries are not allowed to use their own solicitors so she cancelled their job with me and her boss Chris who knew about it and didn't seem to give a dam. I say she caused problems and didn't understand estate. And abandoned me after initiating the process. Very poor service
