I went a few times to have a beer and a pretzel. I ordered the Red Dragon beer a couple times and it was pretty good but today it tasted sour for some reason. One time when I asked for other beer recommendations the bartender forced a 12 dollar beer onto me saying You'll like this"

Finally made it to the club for the first time, happened to be almabtrieb. Food was great for the price, and reminded me of my grandma's cooking. The choice of beers was amazing as well!

Love the German club in Cairns.. It is a beautiful building and has great nights.. Food could be better however.. And why this place has a different president every week (ok that is overblown but still) is beyond me.. Unorganised due to this.. Some lovely people here though that have been volunteering for years!
