Over priced for a charity. Who ever sets the prices for these donations needs a head check. No room for negotiating on price, so if your stuck and need assistance, stay away from this place, they're heartlessThen you get responses like this one below. Just a bunch of words to cover themselves.

Store is neat & tidy & overall staff were friendly & helpful. Though 2 younger members were not doing anything except wandering around together talking & pretending to do work, & I saw them on their phones a few times. Not a big deal to me, but is a bit unprofessional.

I like it here! I definitely always find some nice pieces. My only complaint is that when it gets even just mildy busy it becomes really hard to get around because the aisles are so narrow. The staff are always really lovely though!! I would recommend.

Another visit with crazy overpriced clothing, not sure who determines what prices go on certain items of clothing but some research into branding world be helpful.Designer labels don't always command higher prices, especially if they are many years out of current fashion.I can't help feel there is an element of greed when the clothing is donated in the first place, why not price lower and move the clothing on and increase turnover, that way there is always something new on the racks.Wouldn't that be more appealing?Unwanted clothing is a massive problem for the environment, op-shops are a great avenue to divert clothing back into the community but if new clothing can be brought cheaper from the likes of kmart and Target this perpetuates the constant cycle of cheap throwaway goods that end up in landfill.why would you choose to pay more for second hand?I'm a great fan of op shops and believe they provide a great service to the community as do the staff that generously donate their own time and efforts in keeping these places open.Excuse my review that has ended up as a but of a rant.Op shops are cool and great and you should still go there!

Very nicely organised and categorised items. I am into books and the book section is more categorised like kids, science, romance.., which makes it easy to search for book, novel. The store is clean and staffs are friendly and happy to help.

This is a great Vinnies with lots of great finds regularly. I have found great second hand tonka trucks and toys for my son and some nice brand name clothes too. Lots of other interesting things come through this Vinnies. Very affordable!

Staff are incredibly rude, and would not honour the return of a faulty item. Then they tried lying about how they don't offer a return of faulty goods policy in their stores. As much as I support charity organisations, St Vincent de Paul in belconnen is not worth it.

Great op shop. Beautiful pieces (that would have originally cost a fortune in store) at very reasonable prices!
