Very poor in communication. They seem not to attend the call these days. I had spoken to one person more than a month back regarding one utensil. Now they dont attend the call.

Lacking communication. I had to email them via website (they do not respond from mail client) every other day to chase them for order updates. They do, however, reply within the day of the email. My order was delayed significantly due to customs. it is working day number 19 and it is finally despatched. It will take another 5 working days.

Great communication and my order was despatched promptly. The best range, price and availability I could find for Hawkins pressure cookers. Just used my new one and I'm thrilled to bits. It works really well with the least amount of gas I've ever used and is super easy to clean. Also, literally very shiny.Really happy with the service from Home Appliances India. :)
