Security was very rude, unprofessional and let 6 females through before denying 2 males in the same group. I was excited to attend but after this experience, I will not be going again or recommending it to anyone. Rather disappointing.

Despite how inclusive this place aims to be, the inclusivity of wogs is not one of them.Be warned for all my mediterranean brothers and sisters out there, security here don't like the look of us.

Karaoke was great fun but unfortunately the hosts (or MCs) were rude and aggressive, really put a dampener on the evening.

We came here at 10pm on a Friday night for a birthday and it was dead. Staff were not welcoming at all, barely acknowledging our existence. We had contacted them numerous times in the previous month to make bookings for that particular night, so they should have been aware of our booking and been accomodating to that. The booking process for a birthday was a pain and the booking consultant was not overly responsive at all. Karaoke didn’t commence until near on 11pm. Microphones were not turned on during performances until much later

Good venue, rude and disorganised staff. (Except manager)Don’t bother with booking a package. We were suppose to have unlimited hot dogs for a pre booking and they didn’t have enough for one per person as they “ran out”, then tried to charge for the cocktails on arrival when that was part of the deal, then accused us of arriving too early. Not to mention was a wait for 30 minutes for a drink.Had a good night here but felt like the staff were annoyed we were there.

It was great heaps of fun but me and my girlfriend got kicked out cos we ran up the stairs because we heard Taylor swift and the security guards told us to sober up

Visited on a Saturday where it's karaoke night hosted by two beautiful Drag queens. The atmosphere in this place is super fun and chill. Some serious singers on the mic others not so great but so very entertaining! Definitely recommend coming here for those looking for a fun night out
