Booked my dog in to get her eye surgery done. Was told they have vet pay. Walked out of there with a $120 bill, for a $10 tube of ointment and they tell me they don’t use Vet pay and my dogs eye still not fixed. Bad service.

Kallangur vet is amazing. Our puppy very eager to get in and have scratches and cuddles. They give great advise looking after out dog.Very welcoming professional and safe.Best local vet .

One star not even- wanting to give my poor cat the best end of life that he could have. Appalling service! Took my loved cat boy Eddie for euthanasia there and this was the most terrible experience I've ever had in my life. The vet nurse could not find a vein they thought they had the vein the pool little cat got a tiny bit of sleepy juice before the vein blew and then the non speaking vet came in took several jabs to try and find a vein and then at this point my beloved boy was half out of it (too late to remove him from the situation) this was something that I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing and this was the most horrific experience I've ever had in my life- After he had passed we got to spend some time with him however the nurses rushed us out of the hospital to get us away. Not a great experience do not take Ur beloved animals there. It's been quite a long time and have not been able to think about it till now.
