Just Cuts Kawana

Myself and my family have gotten our hair cut here for years and have always been very happy with the staff and the service, however, the last time I went in for a cut, the hairdresser (I believe her name was Demi) ruined my hair. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and we discussed it beforehand to make sure we were both on the same page, but I left with large chunks taken from my hair. It was incredibly uneven, choppy, and genuinely looked horrible. She didn’t blow dry my hair during the service so I didn’t see how poorly my hair was cut until I got home and dried it myself. I went back later that day and Lindsey was an absolute star. She made me feel very comfortable and was so understanding, she thanked me for coming back and agreed that the first cut was done poorly. I was very upset and she spent a lot of time making sure I was okay, and talking me through what she would do to fix it to make sure I had realistic expectations. Whilst there wasn’t a lot she could do because so much of my hair had been cut off, she worked hard to soften the blunt chops and even it out, and overall give me something I could live with until it grows out. Lindsey has cut my hair before and always does an incredible job and I’m very thankful she was able to fix the other hairdresser’s mistake. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming, but I would only recommend getting a cut from one of the older ladies as they are brilliant every time and very dependable.

My experience here has always been ok" nothing exceptional

I got my hair cut here and dried. When I got home and straightened it, it looked awful. Big steps in my hair that don't blend in and uneven. Not happy at all. I wouldn't give any stars and won't be going back there. I will pay another salon to fix mess you made.

I have been doing my hair, forever at just cuts and I have never been dissapointed.. There product knowledge is great, and I always feel like a special person in their shop, as they always treat me well.

great service. i always check in first before I do my shopping so i can plan around it. even with 1.5hr wait (not always) i can have a coffee and do my shopping. all good with me!

I recently went to Just Cuts after a bad haircut experience and Lindsey looked after me so well. She took the time to explain various options (several times) and her advice was spot on. I’m extremely happy with my cut and couldn’t recommend her more. Thanks Lindsey, I’ll definitely be back.
