BOUNCEinc Keysborough

Came for some Birthday fun, and was impressed. The play centre we found much more better then the one we have around the corner from our place ( different name). Bounce was more open space, not as suffocating, seemed more cleaner and appealing. The party room was well set up, and ready to rumble with fun. We got ample of kids party food and drinks. Time allowed to play on the circuit with the host was reasonable. But I seriously do think for the price per child, the circuit should be at least half hour more to cover the circuit properly OR give the parent the option to chose whether the rope climbing/walking from ceiling and drop another apparatus. As the kids were extremely disappointed to miss out on one of the main ones. Our host was lovely and patient. I do recommend this place to party. And definitely will visit again. Our little one and friends had an awesome time here. Still bragging days later. They have cafe, coffees are good, they sell hot foods, looked and smelt nice. Didn't try, to rate it further. If you do go, have fun!!

Great atmosphere. So much excitement for kids!We attended a birthday party at Bounce in Keysborough and the kids had lots of fun.Clean and tidy, well ventilated space with heaps of room and entertainment for everyone.Parking available near the entrance but very limited. We parked across the street.

Staff should enforce the rules on the signs. It would be a much more enjoyable experience for everyone. Sign said “must be over 110cm” and all these children (quite clearly) below 110cm roaming in the area where the sign was. And customer service was not very good. It is 2023 and good customer service is a must for any business. Lots of junior staff that had no confidence in communicating effectively. For a place that markets towards both adults and children, it did not feel this way.

Extremely busy place and over priced in my opinion for what they offer. Wall climb also fully occupied by parties and between 5-6pm the lighting is just insufficient. Particularly around that kids jungle area. Kind of hard to tell from photo how dark it is.

Great space for kids to burn energy with a wide range of activities for kids all ages. Checkin was fast and efficient.Great time!

My daughter (5) and two nephews (10 and 12) had the best time at BOUNCEinc (Keysborough). It was their first time, they enjoyed the wide range of activities and spent two hours well and truly occupied! It’s slightly more expensive than other play-centres, but caters to all age groups and therefore highly recommend it. The Keysborough branch had fantastic staff members; from front desk, through to attractions.

Fun filled adventure for kids. They have a lot of options to bounce around. They cna play dodge ball and basketball while bouncing for that extra fun. They even have High Ropes for bigger kids who are fond heights. Also a great place to for kids birthday party. However, I'm giving it only two stars because the facility is already showing signs of ageing and is not well maintained. Very dirty and messy when we visited.

We had my sons 7th birthday here on the weekend. The venue was amazing and our host TJ was great and dedicated to us the whole time. Next time I would factor in some free play time after the party. Great value & fun !

been here a handful amount of times for bdays and it can get hectic! the kids go crazy here as there's just a variety of things to do.i can see that it's a great place to have bdays as party packages are all inclusive: bounce socks, food and drinks per child, party room and you have a dedicated host/minder. it's still best to keep an eye out now and then as accidents are bound to happen.situated in a massive warehouse and all on ground level, much bigger than Glen Iris location and good circulation. parking is available along the nearby warehouses.

We had birthday party for our kids. The experience was fantastic. It's a great place especially for kids between 5 to 10. The instructors will take the kids around all the areas to experience different activities which made parents have the time to talk to each to other or the have some rest. Very organised and fun! Food was super yummy and High quality and on top of that the price was super reasonable
