Few Chinese speaker doctor and very friendly , waiting time was very long , booking at 8:50am but 9:30 still hasn’t been call .Dr wang is very nice ,always listening and give advise very helpful . He always busy and need to booking .

Shocked is an understatement that Dr Tran refused to treat me due to discrimination against my vaccination status. Absolutely disgusting attitude from a so called physician. So much for the hipocratic oath!

I see Doctor Chan, she’s lovely, humble & interested as well as thorough. The reception staff & Doctor McKinney today really went out of their way to help me with a referral I didn’t have… I’m very appreciative of their time on a busy day with lots of other patients. Thankyou to all the team!

Made my booking via hotdoc and the appointment was sent as a request as it had to be approved by the centre first. I received email confirmation with new patient details to fill out. (which I completed straight away). An hour before my appointment reception calls me to change the doctor I was booked with saying as I am new patient, I was allocated the wrong time slot. I agreed to her change. When I arrive at reception, she told me I had to complete new patient form. I told her that I already did this. She said leave it with me and I will fix you up. I sat at reception area for 45 mins. When I asked the reception desk how much longer do I need to wait to see the doctor they realised I was never confirmed to have arrived and the doctor didn't know I was there. Complete joke! You could tell reception didn't care. She was disrespectful, unprofessional and showed lack of sympathy towards me as a patient.
