Seahorse Aquatic Centre

Highly recommend Seahorse Aquatic Centre to teach your kids to swim. The whole team are friendly, inviting, and engaging with both the children and parents. The facilities are great and perfect for those with multiple kids as there is a fence around the pool, meaning the kids that aren't swimming are safe from the water when you are in the pool. The lessons are fantastic with fun songs or games throughout the lesson with a focus on water safety at all times. The instructors regularly explain why they are teaching what they are teaching and provide feedback regularly.I have always loved our lessons at Seahorse Aquatic Centre. However, due to relocating interstate, I had to find another swim school, and this has shown me just how amazing the team is.Special shout out to Aline and Lauren for being awesome instructors!

My little one has gone from strength to strength with his swimming. From doing different makeup classes I can say that all the teachers are great and our current teacher Helen is fantastic. Shes so patient on the days when the little ones aren’t as co operative.

Love this swim school. Daughter started from eight weeks and has developed in line with all her milestones, she has even excelled in some - this I attribute to swimming! Denise is so great with teaching the parents how to teach our kids/ babies in the pool, can not fault her at all and all the team at northside!! I cannot wait for it to re open and keep on our swimming journey!

We love Little Snappers Northside! Our two children have improved so much since starting there. Love the small class size, indoor heated pool & the instructors are experienced & great with kids!

Little snappers northside is a convenient location for those living in the northern suburbs of townsville. Being indoors allows use all year round. The staff are truly friendly and helpful. They clearly love what they do. We enjoy taking our two girls for swimming lessons.

Our Daughter absolutely loves swimming lessons at Little Snappers Northside! She has been going since she was 12 weeks old, she is now 17 months. Her development in the water is a credit to Denise and her team.

Great swim school with a good depth pool for tall people with tiles so no grazing of toes and knees. Swim teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great classes with small numbers for good interaction and they maximise the 30 minute sessions

It has been amazing seeing our son become so confident in the water. At such a young age. He started at 8 weeks and we were soon dunking him. He’s now just turned 2 and is ducking, diving, jumping - thriving. Our boy loves the water. Taking him to Little Snappers has given him a great head start. We would recommend this school to anyone and everyone who has children.
