Took my cargo bike in to get serviced and was told there was no problem and to bring it back on the following tuesday. So i booked it in and when i baught the bike in i was then told that they were unable to work on it.

Michael - the store attendant who helped me - was phenomenal. Really considerate of my budget, whilst also incredibly knowledgeable. Someone give him a raise! I’ve been cycling since and I have fallen in love with my new bike already! It’s a pleasure to cycle. Can’t recommend enough

I visited the store today Monday 10th of April, Staff from upstairs have a great customer service and fixed my bike up perfectly for the second time. Although, the man at the counter (the blond one) was incredibly dismissive and rude, I was asking about the differences of two head lights and his response was dry and unhelpful, after finding out the information on package I decided to purchase it and then I asked if they have a bag which then he reacted with an unpleasant face and said they only had big ones and he handed it to me while rolling his eyes, I am a member of the company and never experienced bad service at the store, hopefully I don’t experience this here again.

I heard great things about 99 but still as a first time purchasing a road bike it can still be daunting. I can't thank Lina enough, what an amazing experience and service. She helped with my sizing, helped me get a real feel of the bike and worked through different options - definitely recommemding new people to come experience it for themselves.

Great customer service. Approachable. The Team will help you with anything however basic it is. Bought my Merida speeder 400 here. The sales and workshop teams have helped me a lot with bike maintenance and tips on brakes, tires, cleaning, smart trainers etc.
