I have had continuos pain in both shoulders for the past 18 months. Doctors told me it is arthritis but one specialist suggested I try Remedial Massage. I booked with Christopher. He did an hour session on my shoulders yesterday. Although painful at the time he was working on me, it was worth every second. Last night and today, I can move freely with NO pain at all. Chris is my go to massage therapist. For the past 6 months I am seeing him on a regular basis to get my back fixed. He is a genius in his job, and yes while sessions can be painful at times, he is the most considerate and I know it's worth it every single session. He is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever been to and I recommend his service to everyone who needs to be fixed.

If only I found Chris earlier!I Google reviewed Christopher's Remedial massage and thought I'd give him a go after seeing many people whom have attempted to address my injuries.Christopher is the first person to truly help me. I've had 4 knee ACL reconstructions and dislocations over the past 15 years. From this I experience many back and hip issues among biomechanic imbalances pretty much over my entire body. I started losing hope thinking constant pain and suffering was what I have to endure for the rest of my life.Since meeting Chris he has diligently worked with me to address my injuries and pain. Have been coming to Chris since end of last year about a lingering shoulder problem which put me out of the gym for months. Chris is super professional, friendly and incredibly good at what he does. After our first session I noticed a massive improvement and could already start back at the gym. After my first session with Chris I was so impressed I sent my husband to see him. I then sent my daughter. We are all in agreement- he is the best remedial massage therapist we have experienced. I’ve had chiropractors, physiotherapists and doctors trying to fix my hip injury. I had a cortisone injection and was about to get another when I decided to give Chris a go. He has helped not only my hip, but also osteo arthritis in my big toe, and back pain from ISO working at home conditions, and lack of gym exercise. He has shown me how to help myself with exercises that have already made a difference. Make no mistake this is not relaxation massage, it’s bio mechanical intervention, and it can be hard going, but my hip is finally feeling better without medication as is my toe. Thanks Chris.

A remedial massage with Chris is a unique experience. He is knowledgeable and very experienced. He has worked on my problem areas (knees and shoulder) with great success. Now capable of regular heavy workouts at the gym again. Can completely recommend Chris.

I came to see Christopher with my carpel tunnels problems which returned after 3 years. Chris took a holistic view and identified where most of the issues were coming from. Only after the first appointment I felt a big difference and was't waking up in the middle of night with numb arms that often. After few more sessions the numbing stopped. He has great friendly approach, is very knowledgeable of the body and taking a holistic view rather than focusing on one problem area. I would highly recommend Chris for any physio treatment or massage!
