Went recently to view a rental and while we were there looking at the place they had a second inspection at the same time! That was rude of Ray White and besides have they not given any thoughts to convid 19 and safe distances? I have no idea who the other people were or where they came from. I am not really worried but. The next complaint I have is I said I would take it, but to my surprise when I called a few hours later to check on any additional paperwork needed they said it was already under contract. So they showed a place they knew was already gone, never called me to let me know and didn't even ask if I would be interested in any other places. My overall impression is that they are poorly managed and not that concerned if you rent from them.
