A lovely place and chill.Love the filter coffee of today which is Ethiopia. The sweetness, acidity are so balance.The barista is very nice.

Really nice set up the place looks great and the food appears nice and fresh.The quirky staff are very friendly with lovely greeting on arrival.The real reason I was here was for the coffee of course. My expectations were very high, unfortunately the coffee was served so hot that it was not drinkable for at least 10 minutes. The flavour itself was ok, little on the weak side for a 12oz sized coffee.Will attempt to try again at a later stage, given the ratings are generally top notch.

Seriously the best coffee I have tasted so far in Perth. Also sell a wide variety of coffee beans. My goto place for coffee beans now. Also always get a perfectly brewed flat white when I buy beans.

Just got recommended to Dark Star by Scott @carpetwarehouse.Oh my goodness. I want to live here. This is not your average lunch bar or coffee shop.Fantastic coffee and the best food.They also have meeting spots for hire.Do yourself a favour and go out check out this amazing space.

This is a fantastic roasters and little cafe. Giulio did a fantastic job sourcing me the grinder I purchased, which is working like a charm. A great family business that looks after the locals.

I hope I could stay a bit longer to have a look around the cafe. Clean and simple interior, there are some coffee machines, accessories, and coffee beans.Good place to visit. Coffee was nice, also staff was friendly and kind. Thank you.

I sincerely doubt you’d get better coffee anywhere near this place. Fantastic. Great atmosphere, machines and grinders for sale, barista lessons from peak baristas and you can see the roasting in action. Brilliant. Of course it’s an amazing place to get your beans too!

Thought would check this place out - doh ! Greeted by snobby, pretentious staff who looked like they were afraid to smile plus very average coffee and an unwelcomed feel. Back to my local fav Micrology where there is a great friendly vibe and energy along with awesome coffee every single time.

This coffee shop used to be out favourite, the coffee here is the best in Perth.The coffee is still great but the service has really deteriorated unfortunately. The last two times we have visited, we felt very unwelcome. On our last visit, when my husband asked for some table water we got a huge sigh and a massive eye roll and the time before that, we were asked to carry our own food to our table. The vibe and friendliness is just not there anymore, which is such a pity when the coffee is so good.
