Really pleased with Neighbourly Strata! For our property Erin manages the portfolio, and I'm so glad she does! Sometimes the world/ industry of Body Corporates can be confusing, however Erin has always taken the time to explain things to me, in a manner that I understand and am comfortable with. She also always responds to emails within 30mins, which is greatly appreciated. Last year there were some teething issues for the business during their handover period, but since Erin jumped on, it's been smooth sailing. Thank you team :)

I am the Chairperson for this property, as a proxy for my elderly owner/occupier parents. After enduring two previous incompetent management experiences, Neighbourly Strata Victoria have been a complete contrast.Communication regarding any issue is always professional and consultative, resulting in a prompt appropriate resolution.Staff are personable and available, and AGM's are a breeze (on-line, as we are regionally based).I can highly recommend Neighbourly for anyone looking for the perfect OC manager.

We are very happy with Neighbourly Strata and especially Erin who has been a terrific OC manager for our small unit complex. Responses to queries and issues have always been dealt with promptly and with excellent communication. If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't answer the phone, they leave the voicemail saying you've called out of hours, when it's not.Constant car stacker issues, they won't find the parts to properly repair the system so they just bandaid the issue for another day.Absolutely hopeless.It's really surprising how organisations like this exist. Somehow these people crawled out from a gutter and became an owners corporation.

We use Neighbourly as our Body Corporate (we live in collection of 6 townhouses). Since moving in we, and other neighbours, have had building works done. Emily and her colleagues have always been really efficient, timely and responsive. She’s also always been really helpful with general queries which I really appreciate. Definitely would recommend Neighbourly!

Neighbourly Strata Victoria
Neighbourly, and especially Erin, has been absolutely fantastic at managing all the moving parts of our Owner's Corporation. I'm so glad our OC is managed by Neighbourly, who have our best interest at heart and are always there to give great advice, particularly with all the updates in legislation. They are far and above the best OC manager we've worked with and we've used them for years. Thanks Erin and Neighbourly!
