I usually have a grate experience but unfortunately I didn’t have a very good experience with one of the staff. A lady with glasses and blonde hair with black regrowth. She was telling me to dip my hand in the acetone that was burning hot. And as I explained to her I couldn’t because it was just too hot still, she kept saying she knows it’s not hot in a very rude tone and she already tested it and making it out as if I was being dramatics. Mind you she tested it with latex gloves on. It’s was upsetting and as I asked if I could get red for my toe nails, just straight red, she said just have a look at the colours and walked off. I can say that usually my experience is grate at the place but sadly my last experience was just rude costumer service and ignorance.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star bad customer service, staff are ridiculously rude, did my shellac on saturday,sunday it came off i called and they blamed me for picking my nails obviously not good product applied on my nails and they didnt even do a good job reapplying it. DO NOT GO HERE waste of time and ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF MONEY.

Do not go there!!I booked an appointment at 6:30 waited there for an hour and halfThey just ignore youWhen my turn came i showed her what nails i wanted she said that it is not nice and i had to change the designI told her that i wanted them shorter she just did whatever she liked. And the thing that they speak in thier own language is annoying. please have some respect for the client infront of you talking in your own language and laughing. seriously the worst experienc ive ever had in my life. never ever going there again. And i hope this lady changes her attitude the one with blonde yellow hair. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I’ve had some great SNS nails done here by a male technician but last time I had a woman do them and they were really Terrible. My nails were naturally long and she asked me if I wanted something off the length. When I said, just a tiny bit, she proceeded to cut 3 of my nails off to an extremely short length with the nail clippers. Then I had to have the rest done the same short length so they would match. She rushed so much and finished the entire job in 30 minutes. The nails were thick and uneven. It’s been 2 weeks and I am going to need tips put on but I won’t be going back there that’s for sure

Very bad service.I didn’t have an appointment, they told me to come back in half an hour, I did.Waited half an hour before they soaked my nails. She brought the Acetone in a boiling hot water bowl, then she kept yelling at me to rub my nails on the tissue at the bottom of the Acetone bowl and I kept saying “it’s boiling hot I have to wait for it to cool down”.Then as I was soaking them after the Acetone temperature was bearable, they started working on other customers’ nails and toes which meant they were not going to start on mine before at least another half hour.Unless you have half of day to waste, I don’t recommend going there.

Unfortunately my visit was not great. I asked for painted gels on toes only …The staff member told me to take a seat, walked off and I was waiting for 20mins. I was about to walk out when she returned and started to soak my feet in the pedicure seat, put the massage chair on and she walked off. Before I could say anything she walked off. Again 10mins later she returned. She started to shape my nails and then put my feet back in the water and went to get pedicure equipment I kindly reminded her that I just wanted my toes painted … she huffed and puffed in disappointment, put the tools away and then rushed my paint job. Then at payment I was told it was only Cash payment. I mentioned there was no signs to state this and the staff member then said you can transfer the money to a personal account. I did not want to do this!. I offered to go get cash out and they would not let me leave so I had to transfer. I kindly reminded them they can’t demand cash or payment like they had without notice or signs. It’s not ethical nor right. I will not return.

This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star went there for pedicure and refill my nails. The lady cut my skin so deep wouldn’t stop bleeding painted them they look like a 5 year old kid that painted them then I asked her if she can cut my ingrown as that’s why I get pedicure she told me she did which she didn’t to top it off I paid 110 and they couldn’t even put a clear coat on my nails .the blonde hair lady has no idea I do not recommend going here I won’t be back again very very poor service and not friendly what’s so ever

When going to this place, be sure to choose the right lady to do the nails. My daughter had hers done. They came out fat and distorted, looked shocking and when I asked them to fix them “ she no complain”. Do not recommend this place at all. Furthermore they have no eftpos machine . $80 down the drain

Asked for “opal” nails for my birthday, what I got was all natural colour with dried flowers and gold flakes on one nail. If you can’t do what someone is asking DO NOT take it upon your self to say yes and continue do do nothing alike. Basically just did what she wanted. It was my birthday and what I got were the ugliest chunkiest acrylic nails I’ve ever had. Never went back this experience was so bad. Also they try to get you to transfer the payment to avoid tax. Real dodgy place
