Been with Healthcare Australia for close to three months now. Active support 24/7, great app and although some weeks are quite, fair amount of shifts available. I'd recommend working for one-two similar agencies to get shifts more often. Expect a pricy start-up to match their requirements. So far it has been worth it

Staffs are very excellent. The staffs are nice and providing shift for our availability. I'm so proud and excited to be a part of my HCA. I prefer most of my friends to be a part of the HCA. Love you, Team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn’t even give health care australia 1 star from passed experience, the worst agency I have ever worked for cancelling shifts all the time never have work even though they told me when I was joining there was loads of work, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone don’t bother wasting your time, staff are ignorant and no help at all.

I love working with this wonderful team of dedicated team of professionals.The are a great team and nothing is to complicated.Signing up with HCA was quick and easy with the friendly staff in Perth.And what an opportunity! I get to do the job that I love doing, travel the country side and have seen some amazing sites.I have had the opportunity to work in many areas in the Regional, Rural and Remote areas of WA and have enjoyed every experience.If you want an agency that looks after its staff then join this amazing team.

Worse experience ever. The Western Australia HCA allocation people so unprofessional and rude and have communication issues especially the ones with Irish accent so racist and always arguing with you when you asked for a shift. West of time not getting shifts.

A great agency with friendly and supportive staff. The eHCA app is a highly efficient way to self allocate or confirm shifts. Agency work is a great way to find work/life balance.

I woud strongly recommended not wasting your time applying to work for this agency I spent hours preparing for the interview and loads of $$ on there requirements after the induction/interview only to be disappointed by the results. They do not appreciate the hours and dollars wasted enough to even read the many documents you are required to produce. Sole destroying process thanks to AINE! DON'T WAST YOUR TIME!

HCA treat nurses dreadfully! Once was abandoned in Cloncurry with no money after having my wallet stolen on the plane, HCA didnt care I had to borrow money from another nurse to get by. Another time, I got a contract by another agency and because I did that they wouldn't fly me home to my home state until I publicly shamed them on Facebook. After returning to work last year after having two broken leg's and spending a year in hospital and a year in rehab I applied to rejoin and HCA were gushing and couldn't sign me up quick enough! All of a sudden I got a very rude email saying that they had checked my file ---- and essentially I didn't fit their profile" or some BS. when I realized they were discriminating against me and refusing to give me work. So I went with a BETTER agency and am now on my 5th contract and couldn't be happier! Nobody likes HCA!"

A friend told me once you missed their call in response to your application or inquiry, they won’t contact you ever again. Well, that’s true! I mised their call when they were trying to contact me just because I was at work busy wiping some a** or changing sheets. I tried to call them back and emailed them after that, but nah, no reply. So, it indicated, for them, I was not that important of a potential revenue-generating nurse. Their loss.

Enjoyed most of my shifts as AIN with HCA. Friendly staffs, easy to pick up my shifts on the apps.
