This organisation provides the gold standard of care for those with disabilities and age care. They go above and beyond the call of duty with a loving emphasis on compassion, honesty, personal growth and recovery for clients. They provide a phenomenal job at managing and improving the quality of life in those with both mental and physical disabilities. I am touched by the level of care they provide and I could not fault them as they are wonderful at what they do. The whole team are absolute superstars. 10/10

i’ve recently tried Ability Choice Care for respite for my son for a couple of weeks , and I found that they have very poor service UNLLIKE WHAT OTHER REVIEWS SAYS , and unprofessional support workers - which some of them don’t speak english. They also messed up my sons medication. They served him burnt food and . They also regularly skip meals for him.For most days , they didn’t appropriately plan his days with activities, so my son ended up playing ps4 so that it would be less work on them. I had the worst experience with them , I strongly don’t recommend them to anyone.To all NDIS providers , you’re charging the highest rate so in return , at least give us good service

Ability Choice is a wonderful company to deal with - I've found them to be accepting and accommodating of many different needs and versatile/comprehensive in the services they provide. Each of their employees have been very caring and kind in their dealings.

I have had the pleasure of having Ability Choice Care look after me from the 7 August 2022Ever since I’ve been with Ablity Choisr, they have fulfilled all my needs I was socially isolated. I had nobody to help me with my day-to-day living now I have a full-time Carer seven days a week that looks after my needs and once I have recommended this company to a lot of my fellow friends and they are very happy with the service Ability Choice Care provides
