I asked John about a minor repair for a staircase, it was a very small job. He gave me a very honest answer and let me know that his service would be overkill for what was needed. He didn't wan't to rip me off, thank you for your honesty and professionalism John!

John performed a major repair to replace timber posts and joists on an external timber staircase/deck, and replaced the existing balustrades with a new arrangement. John was able to provide options & recommendations for different products for the works, was very effective in communicating throughout, and was able to deliver on time and on budget. I was very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended!

John replaced our rotted out external stairs: the replacements he built are rock solid, very well finished and pretty much exactly what we wanted. He was on time, responsive and a pleasure to have doing the work.
