Incredibly poor customer experience, took more than 1 month to get a key for the car stacker at my apartment.They spent 2 weeks telling me to check my spam folder for their invoice despite the fact they emailed the invoice to the wrong email address. I originally contacted them via email so they had no excuse to not use the correct address. When I finally paid the invoice they went silent and didn't respond to my calls or emails for another 2 weeks before finally confirming it had been sent and apologising for any inconvenience. By this time I had already got a parking ticket because there is nowhere else I can park my car other than their stacker system or 2 hour parking on the street.

I just got my stacker induction done. They are pretty flexible and professional in their approach.

These guys are Fabulous. They are availbale in any time and helped us, even the public holidays. Emex technical support is excellent. highly recommended.

There was an issue with our carlift.. these guys fixed the problem quickly. Good stuff.

Constantly breaks down. Customer service is next to non-existent. One door has been broken for almost a month and nothing has been done to fix it.They clearly dont care.
