We dealt with Paul for some outdoor tiles after visiting a multitude of other tile suppliers.He's got a great range of tiles and was very helpful, providing good advice without being pushy (we found a lot of other tile shops quite pushy).The ordering process was seamless and picking the tiles up was simple and quick. All in all, a great tile supplier with a friendly attitude. The tiles we chose look awesome, couldn't be happier.

I have purchased a set of floor and feature tiles from Tile Merchants and can't fault their help and friendliness. They have a great range to choose from and ordering specialty tiles was easy and efficient. I had looked at a few tile places both north and south side and this one was by far the best.

My tiler was using the tile merchants so when we went to look at tiles I found them to have a good range of quality products at good prices but what was really impressive is how much Paul and Riley really know the business- they aren’t just sales reps. I didn’t like to go to those other tile shops where the sales assistant had never tiled and didn’t have a clue about anything without checking the computer. Riley and Paul know most things off the top of their head including when orders are coming in. So I’ve just used them for tiling my own laundry and they were great for advice, they calculate your needs quickly. Riley even showed me how to cut tiles! I won’t even shop around now. The Tile Merchants are great.

We are building a new house in Sydney and we could not find stock for the Stari White Lappato 600x600mm tiles anywhere in NSW.Reilly and the team at the The Tile Merchant were quite quick to respond, professional, great to communicate with, thinking ahead of the possible hurdles of sending the tiles all the way to Sydney. They looked at our floor plan to manually calculate the amount of tiles we needed, and offered to send a sample to our door to check the shade of the batch prior to putting any order in. I can only speak so highly of their skills, services and dedication, and as such I highly recommend them to everyone.

As a Tiler most of the tile shops i visit in Brisbane are pretty friendly and helpful but this is the one i use the most by far, Paul is very helpful and knowledgeable and his son Riley is the same. Very good quality products and prices!
