Connected Skymyster Plus. Never worked from day 1. Download speeds less than 2 MBps. Consistently blamed NBN for the poor performance. Continually asked me to perform fault finding and speed tests. This company only has a handful of help desk operators, no management, no follow up and no customer service. After 3 months I gave up and switched to another provider.

Appalling customer service,I flagged an issue with IPSTAR in July 2020 that I had two satellite accounts running (Skymuster and Skymuster plus) which was set up incorrectly from their end. They assured me that this would be rectified. August 24, I had a conversation that this was not rectified and payment was going to original Skymuster account. I was again assured that this would be rectified. Come 1 Sept I get a phone call that they are cancelling my service despite ongoing payments of bill. They had not rectified the two accounts into one. When I raised the issue with the customer support worker that the bill was paid the response was 'when did you pay the bill what date' in a rude tone. This is and always has been IPSTARS issue. I did not set up two accounts and despite every interaction I have had with them they have consistently failed to address it. Over it and over them.

Two months now I've been waiting for you lot to fix the internet here, you can't even work out between you and your technician team that my internet is not working properly, I'm very upset with your customer service .

Absolutely outstanding service! We are a regional customer and had issues with our landline not working at night time related to a Telstra battery back up. IPSTAR handled all the correspondence with Telstra on our behalf and had to follow up with them numerous times which included filing a complaint. We did not have to follow up with IPSTAR at all as they kept us informed throughout the whole process. Honestly, if we were dealing with Telstra directly we probably would have given up because they came up with every excuse as to why it wasn’t their issue. Whilst it still took several weeks to work out, it was so refreshing to call a company once and have them resolve it for you! Thank you!

I've been with iPStar for 6 years. The reason I stay is that their troubleshooting team are excellent at helping techno-noobs like me over the phone. They are patient and have helped me a number of times, and are always available. Thanks guys.

Worst customer service. Disconnected our e-commerce business for a $15 late fee, despite having a monthly auto debit having been commenced months prior.No one available on weekends to attend to urgent customer service. This is causing great distress & total inability for an Australian business to function. Very, very poor. Especially as it is an internet provider to 24/7 businesses but no one to help. Am at a loss!!!!
