Attention Company screening these drivers road rules are for everyone on the road no special treatment bus drivers can not tail gate drivers it is against the law bus driving along Webster rd this morning was breaking the law rego number in 028GJT fix this problem also driving reckless in a school zone

Twice we have personnally been forced up the kerbs on Castlehill Drive MD due to the School bus drivers cutting over the centre line on curves. We have also witnessed other drivers having to do the same. This is very dangerous for all passengers and drivers in both cars and buses. Not acceptable!

The bus timetable is woeful.You stand at the Bray Park station bus stop for 40 minutes and then two buses for Strathpine Shopping Centre show up at the same time (???) before the Warner bus eventually comes!The last bus away from Strathpine comes before 7pm so you better not have a job that requires you to be in the city after 6pm luckily it's still 1983 and everyone works 9am-5pm!Service desperately needs updating.

Great Service. I used the bus and left my IPad on the bus. It was handed in by Driver David and I received it all intact. David was also very good since I had not used this service before and very patient in telling me which stop to get off. Great service. Thank you David and Jean.

A handful of drivers are still great. They sacked all their amazing drivers a couple years ago. Not always reliable.

missed my daughters stop that it drops kids off at every day aftee school. Blamed an 11 year old for not getting up earlier. Then dropped to an 11 year old and a 13 year old off at a random stop. Very dangerous!!! This bus line is a disgrace!!Complaint made to the service was.emeat with the service made.directly was.meat with ignorance. UPDATE; LEFT MY DAUGHTER AT THE BUS STOP .. CANCELLED THE BUS!! UBER HOME....YOUR A DISGRACE THOMPSONS

Thier public buses are normally pretty good at being on time, they have nice Denning buses and coaches. The drivers are half good and half rude.

I don’t even want to give one star however here it is - slamming brakes on a bus and causing harm to children is not ok! Due to you not containing you’re anger and causing children miss a connecting bus although it is expressed they will miss it, and in reply told I don’t care we will sit here for 5 minutes NOT OK! Regardless of any frustration that may arise .. I get it, tough gig. However if you can’t handle the situations that may arise being a school bus driver look at another job. It is you’re Duty of care to make sure our children are transported safely the best to you’re ability. Not the first time, however one time to many times this has happened! I hope that my call, of informing the company of such disgusting behaviour of one of there drivers is adhered as I cannot even trust it will be due to the call centre inability to even introduce the company or connect a call when one calls. I need to know that the best interest is that of my children while using this bus service.

Most arrogant drivers on the road. Almost caused my small truck to roll about a year ago when a small mini bus load of employees was been transferred from one depot to another and cut me off around a corner.This morning was cut off by a Thompsons bus that was loaded with students. Their drivers have no respect for other drivers on the road.Just a matter of time until we get a serious bus crash.
