We engaged Dual Pixel to create an introductory video for our practice late last year. It's our first ever video of this type, so we had no idea what it was meant to look like or what to expect. But we knew it would form a key part of our marketing strategy and visibility on social media. From the first meeting, we felt in good hands with Jacob and Jake. They seemed to understand what we would need and what would suit our personality as a practice. We involved our communications advisor in creating a framework for the video (what it should communicate) and the guys did the rest. They were great during the shoot as well, guiding our clients and us during interviews and voice overs. The editing process was interactive, and they were happy to take on board our comments. Overall, it was a very seamless exercise, that required surprisingly little of our time to get a result that ticks all the boxes.
