Amazing Service provided by Bruno and his team.Responding so quickly during the busy Christmas rush and fitting us in was fantastic.Prompt service, excellent job at installing our split system and explaining all the details to work the unit and bonus tidying up afterwards. Bruno and his team are absolutely a cut above the rest. We had Bruno and his crew working for over 7 hours in very challenging Melbourne weather conditions to install our ducted system. Bruno clearly cares about the quality of his work, as everything is very clean and tucked away, and he was very careful to ensure nothing in our house got damaged. They even stayed around to clean everything up after they were done and took away our old system - really can't ask for anything more, thanks Bruno & team!

I've been in my property for 8 years and never had my split systems serviced. Bruno from Pronto Heating and Cooling was fantastic! He arrived or time, explained what he would be doing for the service, was polite, very well priced and cleaned up after the service of my two split systems. I couldn't believe I hadn't received a service before because the difference this made was unbelievable. The units worked like brand new and my rooms now heat and cool in a very short time and the power is back to its original strength. Would definitely recommend Bruno and his services and will continue to use Pronto Heating and Cooling! Thank you.

After a misunderstanding around the installation, Bruno was quick to help problem solve to rectify the misunderstanding, which was greatly appreciated. Pronto were prompt in arranging an appointment to come out and quote on a replacement split system. Bruno the head installer and owner was extremely knowledgeable on product range and made recommendations for the best cooling solutions for our rooms.Installation was seamless, once completed Bruno ensured the area was immaculate. Overall lovely to deal with I cannot recommend the team at Pronto enough - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
