Best service and help ever encountered by the staff in this store. We bought a QS ensemble and a King Single Mattress along with 2 bedside tables. Sales people listened to what I wanted. Very impressed so my daughter bought a QS ensemble on another visit. Delivery guys are awesome. They unpacked the bed and put it into place and took all the packaging away. Truly impressed.

Highly impressed with the service at Sleepzone. The staff were knowledge and the order was quick. We did have an issue with our order where the supplier read some instructions incorrectly and didn't deliver what was ordered, but Sleepzone went out of their way to organise a fix. When we decided not to bother for what was quite a little issue, they refunded the incorrect order account immediately even though it was no fault of their own. It was all handled extremely professionally and I cannot recommend Kerry and her staff highly enough. Plus, our bed is wonderfully comfortable!
