Booked in, sent reminder txt to confirm booking which I love.Had car in early, was informed of what work was required on top of what was booked in for. All jobs completed. So far no dramas with anythingVery friendly polite staff. Exceptional customer service.Very happy over all except paying the bill.. but hey who likes the bill at the end of the day! ; )

Great friendly helpful staff. Have had my airbags done here and also they have kindly fixed up a broken heat shield that had sheered and was rattling. Would highly highly recommend.

The Pedders team at Joondalup were fantastic to deal with! Their attention to detail and customer service was incredible, it’s so rare these days you come across a company with such great etiquette and courteous communication! They recently completed a GVM upgrade on my vehicle with no hassle and explained step-by-step the process in order to complete the job!

Jai & the Joondalup team did the lift on my 2014 Prado.I was very happy with their initial customer service, product and workmanship.But what really set them apart, was their after sale customer service.I wasn’t happy with one of the results.This was absolutely no fault of Pedders Joondalup!But they sorted me out anyway, and under warranty might o add!!!I was completely blown away!There was no argument from them.Just a smile and a “no worries, that’s what we’re here for” from Jai.I’ll be going back for a brake upgrade very soon… confidently!

If you just want bolt-on parts replaced or upgraded I'm sure this place is okay, anything more involved I'd get another opinion before proceeding.If you want help diagnosing and solving an issue, I'm not sure this is the place to go, based on my experience.I left with the issue unresolved and to make matters worse a new problem appeared immediately after them working in that area of the suspension.The advice and recommendation seemed so bad, researching after the fact, I just wanted my old damper back so I could remove the RTC damper they fitted and re-start the process of finding and solving the issue. Fitting an rtc to stop the car pulling only masks the issue doesn't fix it, which has proved right with the current tyre wear.Asked why I didn't complain, here's why. Suspension is crucial to the safe operation of a car, they couldn't find the issue I brought it in for and an additional issue appeared in the same area they had been working immediately after I collected it, coincidence, maybe, worth the risk definitely not, for me at least.My safety and that of my passengers isn't worth demanding they fix the issue they couldn't find to begin with, I'd rather research more and find a company with the experience and skills to do the job properly and chalk this down to experience.In summary basic fixes and upgrades, I'm told they do a good job, anything more complicated maybe a little outside their expertise and getting a couple of opinions and quotes before making a decision in hindsight should have been the way to go.Lastly, they knew I wasn't happy as I did email them advising the solution hadn't worked and a new problem had arisen so I wanted to remove what they fitted and start again, upon collecting the old damper from them they just said the work and checks they carried out on the front suspension couldn't have caused the new issue in the front suspension.

Had airbags put under my New ford ranger last week, guys were great right from advice on what i needed , booking it in through to the installation and instruction on safe and effective use when towing my caravan , well done guys much appreciated

Booked in for a Brake, Steering & Suspension check with Dom(?) who was very polite over the phone. Today, I was welcomed by Jai who was positive and extremely helpful regarding my car. I would definitely recommend Pedders J’ville due to their awesome customer service and I will definitely go there for future brake, steering & suspension maintenance!

Jye and Dominic were incredibly professional to deal with. I took my car in for a $28 inspection and they called me back to physically show me the problem while the car was still in the shop. They provided me the report and didn’t pressure me to buy/agree to any unnecessary changes. It’s great to have a honest and transparent place to go to and I’ll definitely be coming back.
