Animal Aid

This is where we got our darling dog, Juno. Staff were helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. They helped facilitate a meeting with our existing dog to make sure they got along.

I have recently adopted a young female feline. I had a pleasant time with staff chatting about the adoption an young feline. The staff were very helpful, kind & considerate an made the adoption process a pleasant one..

Always such great care of my cat and dog, whether they're in boarding, grooming, or the vet. We've been going here for years and l wouldn't take them anywhere else. They look after my animals as if they were their own. And lovely facilities too.

We visited the vet clinic yesterday as my beautiful ragdoll became quite ill and we made the hardest decision to let her go as she was only 9. The vet and staff are so compassionate.Coco went quickly but so peacefully.Thank you Jackie, Taylah and Oaklyn

I was so disappointed leaving my dog here for 5 nights. I had been given great reviews about this place and that the animals are well looked after and walked every day if not twice and also go out into a play area 2 to 3 times a day. My dog actually wears a fit bark and looking at it on his return he was lucky to do 2000 steps per day. On his 1st day back in his own backyard he did 16000 steps. So this tells me he was not walked daily as promised in the package. So disappointed. He also came back full of flea's. I understand this is run by volunteers however disappointed that my dog actually didn't get any outside time and when I called to ask the question why. I was told we probably didn't have enough volunteers for that week. 1st time in and disappointed.

Amazing staff! Incredible care for all animals. They're always looking for volunteers to help in anyway that you can so if you can give a few hours a week of your time, then please contact them. It's been one of the best things that I've done. Incredibly rewarding.

A great great groomer on site who does a fabulous job on our Havanese.We also use the kennel for our pup when travelling and the girls and guys are absolutely fabulous. Our pup always comes home happy.
