Russell is only interested cramming people vans in. Had 2 vans parked end to end less than 3 feet apart. Back van could not evacuate if there was an emergency. Bad practice. No Covid App check in or sign in.

We've been travelling 2 months and we tasted the best ever vanilla slice at planet earth also had an amazing dinner of barramundi and salad. Coffee was excellent. Fresh bread was yummy.Amazing what a good man can do in a tin shed in outback Queensland

Friendly, helpful. Bathroom facilities were not luxurious, but they suited our tastes to a tee. Cheesecake was excellent as was their coffee and hamburger. Fish and chips got a 10 from my wife. Camping area fully grassed and a real washing machine. We stayed their again on our return trip.

This place is only $25 per night for two Adults with power and no power it is only $15 per night for two Adults. Hot Showers and flushing toilets very clean. Or so beautiful food and great coffee.

We stopped in at Planet earth for dinner the food was amazing prepared by Russell himself,the caravan park was very clean and I give it 10/10.He gave us a history back ground on Mount Surprise, I would return just for his food and a chat thanks Russell and Keith.Heavy and hard tour 2020 bikes.

We stayed here twice recently. Russell and Meggsy are wonderful hosts. Russels cooking is wonderful .. carrot cake, fruit slice, pies and fish and chips. Don't drive through Mt Surprise without staying here.

Planet Earth Adventures is a great place to stop and rest your weary bones.Your Host, Russell is very warm and welcoming and the hot showers and facilities are a god-send after a long day in the drivers seat.The daily rates are very good and if you can, get Russell to cook up some of the Gulf sourced Barramundi he usually has in stock, he's a great cook!I've stayed there many times and I will be staying there many more.
