We came into the warehouse to have a look at dog box and canopy, Brad that helped us was amazing and installed the canopy and dog box straightaway. Amazing service very helpful. Highly recommend.

Got in touch with Chivalry at an extremely busy time and they were more than accommodating fitting me in on a weekend rather than a week day, which is not a usual day to fit trays and canopies (being a regional customer).Could not be more happy with how friendly the guys were and better yet working around my schedule, including both running late and returning for the car long after they had finished.Special mention to Brad for going above and beyond in getting it done. Bought a canopy from them about 2 weeks agoBarely even got home before the canopy fell off the back of my UteWas sold the quick release clamps and was told it was fine to drive with them just as long as I don’t go 4WDing with themI thought that would be fine and then I was going to bolt it down anyway once the floor had gone in itI asked the company if they could do anything for me as they installed it and sold me the products to secure itThe quick release clamps weren’t even made from stainless grade automotive steel, was just cheap galThey told me that they wouldn’t refund me or even give me another canopy as it’s not their issue that it fell offThe scary part is that it was just lucky that it didn’t hit another car or kill anyone, it really would’ve been a lot worse if there was a car directly behind meI can no longer use the canopy as the doors are all bowed and it’s bent the frame of it when it hit the groundWas going to use it to set it up and go away camping at the end of the year but I think that won’t be happening this year anywayAlso they told me that I installed it myself therefore that’s why it came offAttached is a photo of one of their employees fitting the canopy to my tray when I picked it up
