Intrinsic Motion Pilates
Had my first Pilates session today. It has been about 10 years since I have done pilates and that was at a gym.Sally is amazing!!! So warm and approachable and outstanding knowledge. We have created a program for me so I have homework to do (which is what I wanted). I am so excited and feel sooo good from my first session!
