If there was a zero star option than this is what I would give this business and their rude staff. Took my 4 year old son there today and the young(er) guy was so rough with his head I could tell that he was hurting him with the clippers. Generally rude and abrupt nature. When I asked the guy to be more gentle with my son he was hurting him he said you no need to tell me to be gentle

Had my beard trimmed 6 months ago & have been there many times since. Always walk out with a perfect shape beard. Very happy with the results everytime I go there. The guy knows what he doing. Best barber in Syd.

The old owner's and staff were great. Unfortunately the new owner's were very rough with my head and scratched it, dropped clipper height adjusters on the ground repeatedly and I'm not sure if they cleaned them and worst of all charged me $40 for a haircut and beard trim. I'm almost bald! So they just ran the clippers over my head (roughly) and effectively charged me $40 just for the beard trim. The old owner's charged $26 for the same thing and did a much better job. I won't be going back.

Got a haircut and beard trim today. Just didn’t listen to anything I said. I even pointed ithe style from the massive poster on the wall. Then proceeded to cut a totally different style. Made a mess out of my moustache and beard. left the moustache one side longer than the other. Had to prompt him to even it out. Barely trimmed my beard but managed to still make it look ridicules. Unskilled labour at its best. No way these guys are qualified barbers. Shocking.

These guys are excellent barbers and have great attention to detail, very thorough. They are also courteous and friendly. I've been there numerous times and always had a good experience. Highly recommended.
