Would give them less than 1 star if i could.Came back to a smashed car only to admit to part of the damage. Not even sure the employee could drive.The previous car cleaning company in this location was so much better.

Rubbish and worst car wash service ever!!! Will not ever come again! Firstly, they broke my car accessories during wash but try to conceal the broken parts and did not tell me. After I found it out, the owner did not apologise but try to convince to get a new one or glue the old parts! Ridiculous service! Also I chose the premium service but water spot everywhere, not worth the money at all!

Paid $85 for a star polish only to realize they’ve only done a basic clean and there still were stains on my door handles and dashboard. Definitely would not recommend.

Usually excellent but this time a shoddy job: they did not tackle some grimy patches, vacuuming missed a lot and wheels unevenly cleaned.Beware: if you book on the website the advertised price of $50 costs $60. The staff say that's because the website is run by the franchiser.

I've used their express wash before and was happy with how clean my car was afterwards. Booked a platinum wash and found my car still quite dirty with water streaks on the window edges and bits of dirt on the exterior that should have been easily rubbed off during drying. I told the staff about this and was told that this was expected because it is not a $200 detailing". I find it quite ironic that I am paying more for a lousier wash. Best part was that there were no other cars being washed (ie staff were just sitting around and chatting) compared to the last time when their wash bay was full of cars. I had been interested in their detailing before but after today

I put my car in for washing & was very happy with the car & wheels were cleaned really well too. Good service
