My only demerits for the old Rockingham arm of the business was the bill out of pocket when my child refused to go.The bill couldn't be claimed on Medicare and I hadn't realised this would be more than we could afford. I had never have this happen before, so couldn't know. They were nice about it, and eventually we were able to help my child.
