I am happy to be part of Capital transport company. I worked previously here and then went to overseas. After 2 long years again I am so excited to join with them again. Thanks to Kevin from fleet department for the amazing and outstanding customer service. I rejoined at capital after 2 long years and Kevin helped me through out the process. Kevin customer service is very responsive and goes above and beyond. I really need to appreciate Kevin’s skills in dealing and resolving the issues and he always thinks from customer end which is most needed.

After working here for over 12months. This place was not just another job this place was my second home. I only left due to pregnancy, and I miss the friends that became like family.You need to obtain a certain level of understanding and respect for each others departments in the transport industry & I feel Capital really strives to get that balance right amongst all employees. As everyone spends more time with each other there then they do their own family, the tolerance for a positive willingness to learn attitude is not just another ad line attempt for resumes, they will give anyone a go but like anything you will definitely get out of this company what you are willing to put in. I'm not going to pretend it's the easiest job you'll ever walk into but if you stay long enough to WANT to wrap your head around the hours and effort that everyone in each department puts in to be the best of the best in a tough industry you'll have the same appreciation for these people & this company as I do! So if you've just googled them before an interview to see what you're walking into, don't just take my word for it, make sure you walk in with all confidence blazing & an open mind & you'll see what I'm talking about. But if you're a possible new client on the other hand looking for reassurance you're in good hands and nothings going to go wrong with your same day cargo, well I can't promise you that, BUT what I can promise is WHY you should choose Capital over anyone else is because of HOW they will resolve any issues if or when something should go wrong. :)

Best in the Business. Very polite staff and helpful. I served with them for a very short period and had to leave due unavoidable circumstances. Kevin was very helpful, I appreciate him check on us time to time even after I left , he gives you the feeling of a family atmosphere. They have a diverse cultural range of contractors yet they treat us equally and with utmost respect.Keep it up Team Capital

Please don't use this company. We have dreadful experience with them. Today on 29/03/2023 again... They arrived on the open truck to collect plywood. Plywood is a material that should be protected from water and it should be delivered on the tautliner, as per booking instructions. Few deliveries prior, guys arriving on the trucks full of pallets so my company need to spend time of my colleagues and our forklift to reorganize pallets on the truck so our load can fit...

Very rude staff who knows nothing about the job, they push you around i have hired 13m trucks and got 7m trucks. the drivers damaged the property and they are telling me its a thrid party and asking me to detail with the 3rd party :-) no comment.An advice from a customer, try to close down your business as you know nothing about customer service nor about running a business.

Deadline noted online during booking. Courier didn’t turn up on time. Called and was told it looks like the job hasn’t been allocated. Not just the disappointment, but the potential loss of client due to Capital being irresponsible. Ended up with another courier at a higher price.

I have been working with Capital for the about 2 months now and honestly it has been so great from day one. The whole team is very supportive and helpful. There's always someone to get a hold of when I've needed help wether it be on the phone or the radio. Kevin from the fleet department has been really great and helpful from the first time I called him to enquire about working for the company and he helped with all the steps and paperwork required and he's always very quick to respond when I contact him.

Received my package within 1.5 hours on an Express service. Tracking was great and messages kept me up to date on the delivery's status - picked up"

Hi , i been here over 20++ year . i had see peorle come and go at capiatl trnapsort but i had write this message how i been look last 5++ year with kevin duong from fleet . alway very helpul and never fail to fix my issue(some occasional not in my fav but alway explian too me why ) also return my call adn alwat help me put even i know is not his job
