After discovering that BedsnDreams at Belrose sells one of the best-rated mattresses of 2023, we had to check it out. We were upgrading to a king bed and luckily for us, Dianne was on hand at the store to patiently and expertly answer all our questions. While we didn't find the right bed, we certainly found the perfect mattress.

Awesome service from Catherine! We were trying to get our bed in by Christmas with a couple weeks notice and they were able to deliver just in time. She kept us updated on the status of the order and even gave us a good tip for putting the bed together. Very happy with the quality of our new gas lift bed and spare room mattress. Excellent, quality range of beds and mattresses. We purchased a Hypnos Balmoral which we love. It is a high quality. handmade in Australia, all natural mattress and is extremely comfortable. We bought a king firm which is perfect. I may have found the medium too soft. Both Janelle and KItty were friendly, professional and offered expert guidance without any pressure to buy. They gave us plenty of time in the store trying the different mattresses and appreciate that this is a big decision. We are very happy with our Hypnos Balmoral bed and recommend Beds and Dreams Belrose as an excellent store to buy a new bed.

Looking to purchase a new mattress after 25 years during theCovid lockdown meant a lot of internet research and customer reviews. The mattress I chose online was available from Beds N Dreams. Initially I intended to purchase online, however, after emailing the store I received a reply from Janelle who recommended best to try store. Janelle offered fabulous service, saying, due to my petite size the mattress I had chosen, in her opinion would be too hard, which it was. We then tried a few others, the one she felt most suitable was indeed the perfect one for me. After using for a couple of months I am loving it, sleeping better and waking without a backache. I feel very grateful to Janelle for her professionalism and honesty in assisting me to chose the perfect mattress. The price paid was similar to the one I had intended to buy.
