Service is super inconsistent and slow, it is very obvious when employees are new and staff helping them always seem stressed as it looks like they are understaffed majority of the time. Coffee quality is very inconsistent and have been served stale cake one multiple occasions that I do not visit for sweets anymore.Staff themselves are lovely but it's a shame they always seem stressed or very busy, make service time long, definitely think the management is the issue here.

The desserts were nice and sweet. The kurtosh which I was given was not in the normal shape a kurtosh should be. It was all loose and unwrapped so that was disappointing

The cakes tastes good and great ambiance but very much over priced. Ordered 50g of espresso almond rollout and 50g of nutella babka muffin and expected to pay 8 dollars but over charged me 12 dollars.

Big fan for the darling square site but strongly recommend the owner to check the cake display as the the bottom shelf cakes are frozen and taste very icy but the cake located on the top shelf that we purchased is melting

5 stars foods, 3 stars service. Offer a great selection of cake and pastry. Had a tiramisu, 2 savoury triangle and a chocolate twist. Very delicious. The pastry are fantastic, light and flaky.Foods are great, but let down by the service. They completely forgot a cup of coffee and a savoury triangle. I asked for decaf tea when I placed my order. The waiter told me they don’t have any decaf tea and added tea does not have caffeine anyway. SERIOUSLY?

Changing review from 5 stars down to 3, seems like every time we come back the service just gets a little worse, they are always backed up on the counter but you'll have 2 on break justing sitting at the counter, but they won't get up to help to serve or make coffee.... it's now like you will get you cake but no coffee for 15-20 mins
