Friendly and generous staff who went above and beyond what I expected service wise and on top of that my print job was excellent quality. I have to say I was not expecting such a great result, since I was asking for a rush job too.

I'm not sure if Tia is her name, but she is great. Very well priced, and most of the time she does your job for you while you wait. She is busy, so know what you want before you arrive.

I got personal instructions on how to use paper trimmer. No wait time. Support your local business. My first visit was to create invitations for my son's 5th Birthday and have been back many times in the intervening 21 years ;) Edit: More recently Tia made a banner for his engagement. Great quality. The colours were perfect.

Has done amazing print work for me over the last ten years. From School, Tafe and now work/family photo's. Don't understand the comments about personality. Always friendly to me. :) maybe I'm a nicer realistic customer.

Poor customer service, very unfriendly/rude staff. May be she was going through a difficult time but, its not a good look on the business. Otherwise pricing was reasonable and quick printing etc. But, staff behaviour ruined everything for me I am not sure if I would go back there.

Tia is a champion. I don't really need to say much more than that, but I will for balance.We call, we need stuff printed in a hurry without warning and the answer is always No problem". If we cannot get there to collect it

Tia is the BEST! I don’t have many prints that need to be printed but she consistently gives me and my small business the best and most professional service I have had in a long time. I would not go anywhere else. Plus the pricing is the most affordable I have come across in a long time. 110% recommend

Maybe I got a wrong staff there when I visited there a month ago. I’ve just wanted one paper of a document to print out and she charged me $2.50. It was very quiet that place when I visited there, though.
