I have personally had a large amount of dealings with this company over the years and truth be told the building technical side of things will completely mind blow you.One day you have nothing, Then next day wow a buildings is pretty much in place ready to be walked thru just to wait only for finishing trades to complete before handover.The build process is quite fast and is finished to a standard a cut above the rest and considerably based on the common issues I think you would face at times being a modular building they are finished exceptionally well remembering these are not normally a square box like normal builders.My opinion is Prebuilt delivers an exceptional built home, well priced and designed impeccably well with a good group of staff and people at your hands if needed.Id recommend them 2000% more then any standard conventional builder out there.Hope this helps.
