Spoke to Nadine. I felt like I was wasting her time. Not very helpful.What on earth has happened to us???No courtesy is extended these days. No friendliness. Every one lives in their own little cocoon and doesn't help anyone else. I'm saddened by this attitude.And this is supposed to be the 'hospitality ' industry.

We were very grateful for the help Bev gave us when we had an issue with trying to print out a form that was needed urgently. For some reason it wouldn’t open on Bev’s computer. She was amazing and tried several options with no luck. She did not have her full hour for lunch because she was trying different things to print it out. We came back after lunch and she had successfully printed it out. I could fill it in and she then emailed it for me. Thank you so much Bev. You are awesome. We did like the centre as well very interesting and again Bev was extremely knowledgeable.

What an interesting centre. Souvenirs, books and plenty of information to be gleaned from helpful staff. Great displays and film is informative.
