Check the review profiles, they're fake accounts.We had a terrible experience with this company. Look at your contract. When they sell you a 10kw system and it turns out to be a 8.5kw.You already know the outcome.Check out other company's, we wish we done out research prior to signing anything.

We are still waiting for our solar to be signed off by our energy retailer and it's been two months. Solutions Solar originally sent the paperwork to the wrong energy retailer. When I requested they cancel the original service order and make a new one with the correct retailer I was told it wasn't their job. I asked them to request this from the installer and this also didn't happen. I was provided the paperwork and told to do it myself. We are still waiting for this to be finalised with the energy retailer. We had to pay extra from the quote due their error when we advised we had a flat roof. Installers left a mess after installation with bits and pieces all over, as well as their cigarettes. Not a happy customer.

I must say it was a pleasant experience dealing with this company .The 6.6kw system and the 5 kw invertor works as promised.Fixed price no extras .The company rep.Jeff followed the process and installation through , including the Gov. paperwork .I would not hesitate to recommend Solution Solar to my friends.

We were very happy with the service provided by Solution Solar. From our initial chat with Raj, to the installation the timeframe was only 2 to 3 weeks so very quick. Installers were very professional from start to end with any damage to my roof tiles.

The best Solution is dont use this company they are very un professional the installers are so rude. once you sign the paperwork they don't won't to know you it has been 6 weeks since we had our battery installed and still waiting for it to be inspected have called them so many times and they don't get back to you

I can also see these are fake reviews, we had this company install in rural Victoria.The only way I finally got my connection was because I put up a bad review.They also used a different electrical inspector to sign the job off, when the first inspector found issues. Same problem 10kw system turned out to be 8.5kw.This company is sly as they come.Oh and once a bad review is put up all they where worried about was the review, not my connection.I'll continue to put bad reviews on this company, so I can at least save one person the drama I had.

Raj made it possible, easy to deal with and very professional. Explained the process thoroughly, listened to all queries and was very patient in answering and clearing all doubts. Kept me informed during whole process from initial contact to getting solar connected to grid. Highly recommend!!!
