Picked up a package from here and the people were helpful. Have also used the storage and all was well for years but did have an issue once with the gates not closing on a weekend. Office not open at that time so called the number posted and someone was coming out to fix it. So while gates not working properly was an issue, they at least addressed it immediately.

lexi was super friendly and helpful at the reception. when the container arrived Lexi and Brook and Brian really went out of their way to accomodate my needs and unload the items. They were all super friendly and helpful. Could give them 6 stars if I could
