I have been receiving online fruit and veg delivery from the Real Food Grocer for approximately 6 months. I have found the website simple and convenient to navigate and have been pleasantly surprised by the level of communication that I've received from the customer service team. Regular texts remind me that a delivery is on its way and emails and newsletter keep me updated with new products and services. On one occasion where I did have an issue with the delivery of the singles pack (eggs and quality of veggies) was resolved efficiently and without fuss. I would highly recommend this service over a service from the bigger supermarkets- mainly because I trust that the products come from locally sourced farmers and local growers / businesses. Not only that, I know if there is an issue with the product or its delivery, I know the issue will be sorted out quickly and without any angst. Real Food GrocersI am the manager of a wholesale company Arcella banana’s in Epping market and have been stripped by Real Food Grocers not paying their bills as well. My father owns a business in the market and they owe him money as well. And I would not buy any fruit or vegetables from a company that doesn’t pay their bills.

Excellent alternative to the big supermarkets. I don’t have a car and struggle with getting to the local greengrocer and back as I’m trying my buy more “odd shaped”, local and seasonal produce. This service aligns to my own values and provides an environmentally conscious, low plastic, local alternative to ordering food delivery elsewhere. The customer service is fantastic. Yes the website can take a little getting used to. But once you get the hang of it it’s easy. I order the build your own box as I found the pre set boxes have way too much food for just me alone, it basically works like a food subscription service. I’ve reduced my fortnightly spend on groceries by $40 from going to woolies to RFG and I know I’m getting great quality food and supporting a much better business.

Meaning, everything you buy from RFG are all stolen goods, everything that you're feeding your family are all stolen from suppliers. I supplied her with dairy products for months, and she keeps on promising that she will pay but never did, until that I can't carry her anymore. I am still begging for payment but she is just ignoring me. SO PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR SUPPLIES FROM REAL FOOD GROCER. SHE'S A VERY BAD BUSINESS WOMAN.

That action of yours not paying suppliers is tantamount to stealing. Is that how you run your business. Selling stolen goods to your customers. You should be jailed Nelle.

I received my first delivery last week and love it. The fact that you can swap certain items within Mixed Fruit & Veggie Boxes is perfect for me, as I get a few things from my own veggie patch.The whole delivery process went really smooth too. They sent you a text with a delivery window and even another 15min before arrival which I really appreciate. Totally recommend!

I've been getting deliveries from this company for nearly two years and they're great! Always great quality produce, I love that I can swap items out if I don't want the standard box and they have groceries if I really need an item and aren't going to the shops. The customer service is always great and if there's an item missing, they are quick to provide a credit or refund. The one downside is the website, it's a bit of a pain until you get used to it.

Always a great experience with RFG. I always get the freshest produce and amazing locally sourced products! Ugly fruit and veggies are honestly delicious, and great value. I’m glad I made the switch to a company that cares about the environment and customers. Highly recommend!

Real food grocer supply and deliver exceptional fresh produce direct to my door! How awesome is that. I place my order, put out last weeks boxes and our wonderful delivery driver comes whilst we are sleeping (santa Claus for adults). Highly recommend this service.
