Fabulous service from Neil! I was trying to replace a damaged bin insert for an existing cupboard – the specifications were very specific otherwise the bin wouldn’t fit – I was able to send a few photos and measurements to Neil who confirmed that they had the correct item available. I placed the order over the phone and my delivery arrived on my door step 36 hours later and is exactly what I needed. Neil even offered to return the item if it didn’t fit and offer a refund but thankfully that wasn’t needed!Highly recommended and would happily use again.Thank you

Excellent Products and Excellent customer service, esp from Glen.Good Prices and Fast Delivery. The ability to but single drawer slides rather than a pair is great, meaning you can just have a lock on one side if that suits you.

Dorset Australia's customer service is above and beyond. Spoke with Drew about setting up a trade account, it was set up and the handles were ordered the same day. Handles arrived 2 days later. Although one was slightly marked, I called Drew straight away and a replacement was sent out 10 minutes later, no questions asked. Great company and a great range. Would highly recommend!!

I've now ordered a couple of times from Dorset Australia and they have been absolute legends each time. I had no idea about the products and called up on both occasions. Both times the first person to answer the phone was so helpful and knowledgable on their products and gave me direction. They also confirmed their products were in stock and shipped them straight away. Sensational service and great shipping times.

Based on absolutely first class service felt obliged to write a review. To Drew and team, thankyou for your prompt email responses - nothing to hard. Service was beyond reproach. Locks arrived within 2 days of payment. Included in the package was a small treat that was over and above and much appreciated.
