Great staff very helpful

My wife and I purchased our vehicles from Mazda and I must say it was an excellent experience. We dealt with Rochelle who is an absolute delight. She is focused on her work and will actually help you out without being a pushy car salesman. I am sure the other salesmen are the same. I love the cars and you can't go past a Mazda vehicle.The real experience came after the purchase. They are extremely professional, personable and will bend over backwards to help you out. They service our vehicles and I wouldn't get anyone else to. Ross is very professional and will assist you when ever you can. We live closer to Canberra but I travel to Young to have our vehicles serviced.Paige is the owner and she has an absolute passion concerning the customers and staff. She will bend over backwards, sidewards and forwards to help you and support you in any way she can. I am not kidding here. I have experienced her attention that she gives and it is simply outstanding. I am positive that the experience will be same for all her customers.

The staff all of them are excellent from the detailer to the boss great dealing with them

We enquired about a used car listed on carsales, had responses from the dealer about it being new stock so no photos. 4 weeks on and still no details, photos or further information. No follow up at all from them without sending the first messages. 2 weeks after a mechanical inspection was done indicating new tyres were needed and still, no photos or updates. Not good service at all in their useds department and I wouldn't recommend them based off this experience.
