I really enjoyed the experience. The food was fantastic. Acoustics of the venue were warm and no reflections hurting our conversation. The staff were personable and the chef both talented and accommodating.

A mildly interesting experience? We came because we were interested in the Middle Eastern and Japanese fusion however, it didn't feel much like either... We did enjoy the Kingfish starter, and the lamb shoulder was cooked really well. The other dishes were only ok.The best part was likely the service. The head chef greeted us and he was very personable. Aside from that, the food experience was a little underwhelming and likely overpriced for what we were served... Glad we gave it a try though.

Chose this restaurant on a whim as the other restaurants I wanted to go to were closed, and boy was I glad they were.This restaurant has fine dining quality dishes but minus the price tag. The chef personally came out to explain each dish. I can taste the time, effort and technique in each dish. Even the olive oil was amazing!Our favourite was the beef tongue which melted in your mouth and as did the lamb shoulder, literally the best lamb I've had in my life.Can't wait to see what else they can do for their menu in the future.

Amazing restaurant and the chef is so lovely. Definitely some of the best food I have ever had so worth the visit. Recommend the prawn entree, lamb or beef main (best lamb I have ever had), and saffron ice cream for dessert.

We ordered a bunch of entrees and a serve of the lamb. Every single dish was beautifully executed. The food was cooked with passion, bursting with elegant, wholesome, and at times surprising flavours. The service was excellent, and the chef spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were enjoying our experience. A lovely evening spent at a gem of a restaurant.

The food is absolutely amazing and is more like what you'd expect from Michelin star restaurants. Lamb shoulder is out of this world and starters and sides were perfect. The chef comes out personally to serve and his passion is on display throughout.The place is a bit of an enigma. The food is incredible and the interior is nicely styled but the layout is weird and it lacks in atmosphere and vibe to make it really successful. There were only a few guests on a Friday night with quiet jazz remixes being played at very low volumes, so we heard everyone's conversation which was just weird. Could do with a cocktail bar at the front to bring in more patrons and energy while working on overall atmosphere.Food this good deserves to have more exposure and there's so much potential there. Hoping they can pull it off

Visited last night for my wife’s birthday and was completely blown away. We all “thought” we had eaten at the best restaurants in Sydney but the food here is out of this world! The Chef offered us the private room and brought each dish to us and explained it which made the experience even more intimate! He is such a pleasure to talk to and the food it the best we have ever had! This was the best eating experience we have ever had!!! Try the prawns, lamb shoulder, beef tartare and the saffron ice cream! Can’t wait to come back again!!!

Beautiful restaurant, exceptional food and impeccable service.The restaurant itself - the decor, ambience and atmosphere is already worth the visit. The service is exemplary, the chef greeted and seated us himself. He was warm, friendly, helpful and most importantly honest with the menu.The food was great across the board but highly recommend the lamb shoulder and bbq prawns (the egg yolk sauce and charr on the prawn makes it). If you like a great char and smokey flavour to your food, get the burrata, bone marrow and prawns. The grill imparts a wonderful char on everything that's super flavourful.Great experience overall but I recommend booking an earlier seating at 6pm because our food came out very fast but by 7-8pm everyone was waiting quite a while and we were waiting for dessert. However, it is understandable as they were short staffed.

Absolutely delicious food. Came here in a group a few months back and everything was great. Friendly and personable staff. A little bit pricey but would recommend.

Hidden Gem! A lovely place for a quiet dinner of the highest quality. The highlight I must say was the marrow. It is not usually my go to but I thought I would try it. There was an error and it came out last and am glad as the flavour was distinctive and I'm glad it was the final thing I ate, a build up of flavours one delicious plate after another. When you go order it and have it last! The service was wonderful and I thought quite reasonably priced for the quality. Definitely recommend.
