Not delivering what they state they do. Also acting fraudulently by pretending that they have placed a client in employment, which WISE staff have absolutely nothing to do with. When client trying to make complaint about misconduct, client is threatened that they will be cut off, told to transfer to another provider. With other words WISE is deliberately causing further distress to people who are already in distressing situations, people who are not receiving any government payment, and is meeting the jobplan. WISE actions is making innocent, struggling people, who are victims of psychological abuse and character assassination, look like they are acting with misconduct by provoking, threatening and lying about the client. What a very sick world we live in, when such crooks have power over vulnerable people!

I would recommend Wise Employment Upper Mount Gravatt to anyone who is needing their services. The people there are so kind and helpful. A special mention to Maria, who has been extremely thoughtful and kind to me. Many thanks to you and the team for your support.
