I just want to dye my hair, but the staff persuaded me trimming hair without saying that it would cost an extra $55. He had already started trimming when I asked about the price, so I have to pay all the prices.Second, I want dark brown, but finally it is a purely BLACK.

Amazing work, great customer service. Sam, the owner did my hair. I wanted to have red highlights but was concerned if it will look nice or not. Sam did an amazing work on my hair, shared his honest opinion. Highly recommended and I am going back. I wanted more red after the first result, he happily offered me and did it for me next day and this time he curled my hair. Thanks Sam.To add, he gave me the appointment the same day.

I've known Tony Conto and the team from Trenz Un Hair for over 15 years and I can honestly say that every time they have cut and colored my hair that I've been more than happy with the results and service. If you want great service from a salon with experienced staff you can't go past Trenz Un Hair. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic and Professional stylists! I walked in the salon looking like a zombie and walked out finished feeling beautiful & glamorous. Love that Asian lady, she gives amazing head massage & hair wash.Update: I just found out Lan" is her name the Asian ladyBe warned: You might fall asleep during Lan's hair wash! Been to plenty of other Salon but this one just Top it off."

I love the place, the staff are very professional, they pamper their costumers, make us feel special. I highly recommend it. As a Muslim woman, they respected my privacy and made me feel really good.

Very friendly and kind, did not produce the colour I asked for and showed in the photo. Colour can not be seen at all at back of head and prices are steep. More clear communication would of helped. Lovely staff

Sam and Tony are both skilled with colouring, conditioning treatments, colour lock treatments and styling. I have been going to them for years and am always happy with the results.Zanes Hair is one of North Melbourne's hidden treasures!

Friendly local service, excellent colour and style options. I've been coming here for +20 years and I'm pretty fussy. Highly recommended. And you get a glass of wine and a chocolate or two with your cut
