I returned to Booths Motor Group to buy a car from them again having brought a $30,000 car from them a few years back and this time buying an $8,500 car from them in November of 2020. I had been looking for this car for a while and felt like I had negotiated a nice deal. The car I was told was just serviced and was in tip top condition.After having the car for a few months I have now had to spend around $850 so far to fix the brakes. The brakes on the car.It started with a funny noise in the rear right wheel and after further investigation I found the pads on the rear right hand were down to metal but the left was over 5mm infact looked brand new. This led me to having to have them changed urgently as I had to get home from where I was (mind you this is a Saturday)  again after further investigation the dust boot of the rear right hand caliper appeared to be damaged and the rear right caliper was seized. Being a Saturday there is not many places open to sort these issues out. I found a place and booked it in.This week I rang Booths Tuggerah Used cars sales manager Maurice to discuss the issue, instead of a discussion I was yelled at down the phone. I had to ask him to remain calm 3 times he told me it wasn't there issue and that he can't help unless it was brought to him. I offered to have the car put back together as it was waiting parts. Which seemed to make the situation worse and was then told he can't help me. I asked if I could express my concerns as I am not happy and who can I speak to above him about the situation and his behaviour in speaking to me. Their GM was away so I was told the buck stops with him"  evidently it doesn't as I spoke to Allan the service manager who talked the situation through with me I asked him to provide a customer copy of when the car was in the shop. After reading it the dates are all wrong and the car as it turns out had a few issues I wasn't told about for example it required the auto transmission to be resealed and re filled

Have just bought a great used car from Booths at Tuggerah. Dealt with Shaun Milne who was really easy to talk to, no pressure. All the staff were friendly and would highly recommend.

Shaun was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He took the time to understand our circumstances and budget and made sure we stayed within that budget. We never once felt pressured which is the main reason why we didn't look elsewhere. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!!

Highly professional staff. Answered all of my questions. Let me and my mechanic do a road test and inspect the car and engine and chassis.Amazing experience, would highly recommend. Especially Aaron. Will go back to buy another used Japanese car hopefully when I need a larger car, much better than Sydney prices.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I didn't feel like i was dealing the usual car salesperson. Never once was i pressured, it was more like being guided through the choice i had already made. I went to every large used car yard on the coast and this was the only one i went back to. See Aaron if you want the same experience i had. However I'm sure anyone there would be just as great.
